Actual Description:
This is my submission for the Robot Party Game Jam 2022 https://itch.io/jam/robot-party-jam-2022 . To run, extract and run game.exe from the zip. Following the premise of a game reviving a wildly popular young adult novel series that abruptly ended after a universally hated twist, the game follows one of the characters, Ziv, through a narrative-drive on rails shoot 'em up. Entirely built, from scratch, in C++ and OpenGL, the game features a unique blend of 2D "sprite" and 3D meshes to create a rapid moving, pixel-art heavy, shooter filled with visual depth.
The game is intended to be played only on Windows (Tested only with Windows 10) and using keyboard and mouse.
More information on credits in the included readme file. The game does not currently contain any sound. Please be sure to run the game in a 16:9 aspect ratio, ultra-widescreen will not play properly.

Install instructions
To run (please only run on Windows, tested only on Windows 10, and using a 16:9 aspect ratio), extract the dist.zip file into its own folder, and then run game.exe. If game is in an odd aspect ration when running (ie, zoomed in on menus) set Windows' output resolution to 1080p (though 1440p, 4k have worked on some computers, I tested the game in 4k).
